It is good to see some proper national hunt horses coming out for their first runs of the season,
Our recent podcast I mentioned the champion bumper form is worth keeping an eye on and it didn’t disappoint today with ONE TRUE KING making a winning debut over hurdles, he jumped really well and it was no shock the market flipped pre race in his favour with him finishing well ahead of BRIEF AMBITION in the champion bumper and he confirmed that form here today. LINELEE KING was a strong odds on runner today, didn’t jump that well but had a more superior engine than the rest to win and boost that champion bumper form again.

Another horse I mentioned on the podcast was SAINT ROI who won well today in his first non handicap graded hurdles race, I mentioned you could back him for the champion hurdle at 20/1, them odds have gone now he is 12s at best so well done if you got on and fingers crossed that is the route he takes and he progresses some more during the season.
One of our long term members Paul who was on the podcast mentioned Lord Baddesley for Chris Gordon at Fontwell could go well and he delivered getting off the mark a the first attempt over hurdles, he also mentioned to keep an eye on the trainers runners over the weekend particularly at Fontwell and he scooped a hattrick with the consistent PRES winning who was on our trading watch list and TOP MAN also winning for the trainer yesterday.
Elsewhere although EMITOM didn’t see the race out I thought he jumped well for his chasing debut today he can only come on for that run. There was plenty of other bits of form to take from today, a lot to go at, plenty of opportunities in-play.
There will be plenty to go at in the coming weeks & months, this is a cracking time to learn how to trade in-play. I still have a place on this months course at the hotel in Doncaster on Monday the 26th and I have started to fill places for Novembers online module course which will be held in the evenings. Drop an email if you are interested in either.
